Because we are a traditional Swiss company, we promise our customers never to make compromises when it comes to the Swiss quality of our Kägi products. That's because quality is a prerequisite for providing maximum enjoyment. The secret of the exquisite Kägi taste experience stems from the time-honoured recipes – practically unchanged since 1934 – that we continue to use. Our wafers, made using artisanal production methods, and our 48-hour-conched chocolate, which are both made in house with great passion in
the Toggenburg, are the heart of these recipes. But Kägi Swiss quality already begins much earlier for us. Wherever possible, we use carefully sourced Swiss raw materials. And of course, we apply the most rigorous standards when it comes to environmental and social criteria in the purchase of all of our ingredients. Even Kägi's founding father realised the importance of this in 1934: "The quality ofthe raw materials, production steps and processes are absolutely paramount."
