Chocolate protects against caries
Did you know that the cocoa contained in chocolate is not bad for your teeth? You'll uncover the reason for this here, in the magazine.

Cocoa beans contain casein, calcium and phosphate. These are also substances that help prevent the formation of acids that are harmful to teeth. It means that the development of caries can be checked; the shell of the cocoa bean is particularly effective in doing this.
Knowing this will make chocolate taste a lot better right away – but it naturally won't replace the regular brushing of teeth :)
